It's Charlie riding some dude dressed like a horse! Being a popstar means you get to do all sorts of cool things, like weird photoshoots to advertize random girl things. :iconiamingrid: thinks this should be a lipgloss ad, but I think it's more perfume.

I had the sketch for this laying around for a while, decided to try to tighten up the lineart a bit. I hope to color this eventually, but for now I am sick of looking at it, lol. I looked at reference for the muscles, but it still doesn't look quite right to me. Oh well, I'm going to just leave this here for now, I need some sleep. T_T

Considering Charlie's part Filipino, I thought the horse guy costume is a reference to the tikbalang which is a creature in Philippine mythology XD;
Even if it's not intentional, I find it Lady Gaga + Philippine myth which is an awesome concept.
