I always wanted her to be chubby!

I tried a much more time consuming style with this, using a pencil brush in Photoshop to color, rather than the pencil too.

I cannot stress how much I adore this piece because I always thought Sailor Moon would be more fitting as chubby. I can't explain it I just think it suits her better. And although the style of the manga/anime, has long legged skinny girls, I did always dream of a chubby sailor scout joining the group!
I do have a few problems with this however:
1. Why is her neck so thin? It's kind of weird and makes her head look detached from her body so that when I look at her head it kind of separates it from the entire picture. The more you gain weight the more your face kind of blends into your neck so either the neck should be thinner or she should have a pudgier face because you could put that face and neck on a skinny sailor moon and it wouldn't make a difference.
2. This one isn't as much of a big problem but I think the background color choice makes it a little overwhelming. It makes my eyes hurt and it doesn't help her stand out especially the color of her hair next to the background is just kind of dull. Maybe a darker color like dark blue or black would have been better since she is Sailor Moon emphasis on the moon part and space and stuff.
I hope this helped and I hope you didn't find it too harsh!

It actually suits her better, especially when in series she was always worrying about being fat or her friends pointing out her chubbiness! I'm a bit sad that all of them seem to share the same bodytype, I love diversity.
It's a lovely drawing, the only thing I'd change is her neck, looks a bit too thin or long in comparison to the rest of body.
But I like this art, it's nice and refreshing. Lovely hair!
