It's my original character that I drew like a billion years ago, back in highschool... I used to be called "Brownie," and I was the first artist to get my own fanart page on Rowdyruff,net, a Powerpuff Girls fansite. ;D Throwing Brownie in as one of Claire's stuffed animals is sort of an inside joke with myself, lol.

OMG! I knew I recognized Brownie from somewhere. I used to visit that RR.net daily to look at all the fanart. I certainly remember your work from back then. lol

You've came along way. I'm still enjoying your art and again, Sister Clair has become one of my favorite webcomics. :D
